Red Hills Desert Garden

Spectacular Holiday Light Drive Through
Staheli Family Farm spectacular Holiday Light display features thousands lights illuminating acres of farmland.

Attend the Tuacahn Christmas in the Canyon
Tuacahn Amphitheatre offers a unique holiday experience with their “Christmas in the Canyon” event. Families can enjoy a live Nativity performance, a beautiful light display, and carolers singing holiday classics. Afterward, take a ride on the Old Salty Train or enjoy warm holiday treats from the concession stands. Christmas in the Canyon runs through most of December, providing plenty of opportunities to add this unforgettable experience to your holiday plans. Thunder Junction North Pole Express
Celebrate the holidays in enchanting style at Thunder Junction this December! The park will be aglow with dazzling lights and festive spirit, offering a magical experience for all.
The North Pole Express will be held on December 3rd, 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th, 13th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 20th and 21st from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. each night.
Each ticket grants exclusive access to the park, where you can meet Santa Claus, decorate cookies, enjoy hot cocoa, create holiday crafts, and take a delightful ride aboard the North Pole Express. Tickets are selling out fast so be sure to check for availability.
The Nutcracker
Held at the Desert Hills High School Theater.
December 19 - 21st
The Nutcracker Ballet is based on the story "The Nutcracker and the King of Mice" written by E.T.A. Hoffman. Although what is seen on the stage today is different in detail from the original story, the basic plot remains the same; The story of a young German girl who dreams of a Nutcracker Prince and a fierce battle against a Mouse King.

Run Run Reindeer 5k (St. George)
Join us for the 13th Annual Run Run Reindeer 5k Family Fun Run in Ivins, Utah, featuring Christmas music, Run Run Reindeer selfie stations, sponsor booths, and fun post-race treats and giveaways. This non-timed fun run includes a Run Run Reindeer unisex t-shirt and an oversized finisher medal. Participants will also enjoy prizes, giveaways, hot chocolate, and donuts from Lins. A costume contest and $200 cash giveaway add to the excitement. Packet pick-up is available on Friday, December 20th, and Saturday, December 21st, at St. George Running Center.
